ABSTRAKTujuan dari adanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan sales promotion terhadap keputusan menggunakan fitur Go-Food pada aplikasi Gojek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni non-probability sampling, dengan metode purposive sampling. Karakteristik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitur Go-Food pada aplikasi Gojek di Surabaya. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 210 responden. Teknik analisis dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.
