The study aims to describe applying learning of integrated science with inquiry model, describe of student’s abilities on the cognitive achievement after following study of integrated science with inquiry model, describe student’s ability performance, and describe of student’s response to the activities of integrated science with inquiry model. Experiment design was one group pretest and posttest design. Analyze data used quantitative and descriptive qualitative, limited tryout was implemented in SMPN 1 Maduran Lamongan for grade VIII G counted 33 students.
