The type of research method used is descriptive research, the sources of data obtained are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The procedure for applying for people's business loans at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KCP Kandis includes the stages of file submission, first interview, review of business locations, BI checking, data collecting, survey of places of guarantee, credit decisions, credit binding between debtors and banks, and the process of disbursing loan funds. As for the problems faced by banks against prospective debtors such as business that is not feasible, the purpose of applying for KUR is clear, does not have business activities, incomplete documents, has arrears or other loan dependents, has a bad loan history, collateral does not meet terms, and the loan amount is too large. And how to handle customers who are stuck in installment payments by notifying late installments, debtors are given a grace period, provide warning letters, carry out restructuring and rescheduling processes for KUR loan funds and claim guarantor insurance and confiscation of debtor assets.
