All it says on this old print is MEC #71 in Vermont. The sign says \u27Vermont Farm Machine Co...\u27 on the building above the tender. There is no MEC logo on the tender so if this is MEC#71 and the locomotive is on home rails than this scene is likely somewhere on the western end of the Mtn Division. MEC\u27s 4-6-0 #71 was built at Schenectady in January of 1893 with serial number 3997.
