098-01: Buildings on Steep Hill

Buildings on Steep Hill. A black and white picture taken from a train window in southeastern Pennsylvania. There are several buildings about 1/3 of the way up the hill with fences in front of them. A water tank with a ladder leaning against it is between two of the buildings. The trees in front of the buildings and behind the buildings going up the hill do not have foliage.
