Introduction Fertility rate changing population structure. It has a special place in demographic studies. The fertility behaviors of a society can be studied in different ways. One of these methods is to examine the interval between marriage to the first birth. The purpose of this study was to investigate the demographic factors affecting on the interval between marriage to the first birth. Materials and Methods This cross-sectional study was performed on 160 women referred to urban health centers in Esfarayen in 2016. Data were collected using checklists.
