Background: Endometrial cancer is the most common cancer of the female reproductive organs and one of few cancers in the United States with rising incidence and mortality rates. Few studies have examined factors that influence health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of endometrial cancer survivors after active treatment and existing studies have been limited in sample size.
