This address, on 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, is a “Commencement Sermon Delivered before the Tuskegee Female Institute, Alabama, July 13th, 1851” (p. 129). It appeared in the May/June 1852 issue of the Southern Methodist Pulpit, a periodical based in Greensborough, North Carolina (now spelled “Greensboro”).
