The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance, work motivation, and leadership to the work discipline of employees of PT. Wings Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the data of PT. Wings Surabaya.
