Sine-Gordon Equation was originally introduced by Edmond Bour (1862) in the course of study of surfaces. This equation attracted a lot of attention in the 1970s due to the presence of soliton solutions. In this presentation, Gordon type nonlinear equations are deducted from the well-known Lax Equations using the AKNS (Ablowitz, Kaup, Newell, Segur) method. Further, solutions of these equations are provided with wave visualization using Mathematica.</p
