The contemporary context of agriculture and food industry is an important vector of non-technological innovations, which we group under the term of innovative managerial practices, in CSR and in food safety management for example. In this perspective, the thesis deals with the network adoption of these innovations in agri-food SMEs, companies that constitute a structuring and dynamic element of the European agri-food sector. Nevertheless, these SMEs encounter difficulties and limitations in their ability to adopt these innovations. With the innovation partners’ point of view, our results confirm that the participation of SMEs in a learning network promotes this adoption.
