Développement de nouvelles méthodes d'accés à des briques moléculaires fluorées d'intérêt.

This thesis presents two parts: first, the enantioselective synthesis of functionalized monohalomethyl cyclopropanes based on the cyclopropanation reaction of alkenes bearing various halomethylated groups and second, the synthesis of different tri-substitued 2-trifluoromethylacrylates using the catalytic Mizoroki-Heck reaction. In the first part, we reported the catalytic asymmetric synthesis of halomethyl cyclopropanes, which are achieved by using Rh2((S)-BTPCP)4 as a catalyst to perform the cyclopropanation reaction of α-halomethyl olefins with donor-acceptor diazo compounds. This methodology allows the access to a broad range of cyclopropanes in high yields with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivities (up to >20:1 and up to 98% ee).In the second part, we started with the synthesis of methyl 2-(trifluoromethyl)acrylates developed in our laboratory. Then, the Mizoroki-Heck reaction was extended to tert-butyl 2-(trifluoromethyl)acrylates in the presence of a palladium catalyst (Pd(TFA)2) and a silver (I) adduct. Finally, we also performed the synthesis of methyl 2-(trifluoromethyl)acrylates using different catalytic systems such as palladium on charcoal.Cette thèse présente deux parties : d'une part, la synthèse énantiosélective de monohalométhyl cyclopropanes fonctionnalisés basée sur la réaction de cyclopropanation d'alcènes portant divers groupements halométhylés et d'autre part, la synthèse de différents 2-trifluorométhylacrylates tri-substitués par la réaction catalytique de Mizoroki-Heck. Dans la première partie, nous avons rapporté la synthèse asymétrique catalytique des halométhyle cyclopropanes, qui ont été réalisées en utilisant le Rh2((S)-BTPCP)4 comme catalyseur pour effectuer la réaction de cyclopropanation d'α-halométhyle oléfines avec des composés diazo donneurs-accepteurs. Cette méthodologie permet d'accéder à une large gamme de cyclopropanes avec des rendements élevés, d'excellentes diastéréo- et énantiosélectivités (jusqu'à >20:1 et jusqu'à 98% ee). Dans la deuxième partie, nous avons commencé par la synthèse des 2-(trifluorométhyl)acrylates de méthyle développés dans notre laboratoire. Ensuite, la réaction de Mizoroki-Heck a été étendue aux 2-(trifluorométhyl)acrylates de tert-butyle en présence d’un catalyseur au palladium (Pd(TFA)2) et un additif à l’argent (I). Enfin, nous avons également réalisé la synthèse des 2-(trifluorométhyl)acrylates de méthyle en utilisant différents systèmes catalytiques tel que le palladium sur charbon
