In today's connected societies, computers, sensors, data centers, automotive electronics and portable devices have become ubiquitous. At the heart of these products are semiconductors, whose current production systems are among the most complex in the world. In this thesis, we address the problem of operational production planning, whose objective is to link tactical production planning, which defines the delivery and launch plans for products in the plant, to detailed production scheduling.
