The current energy transition is accompanied by the development of microgrids to support massive implementations of renewable electricity generation systems and improve the network reliability. However, this leads to strong constraints on the management and sizing of these networks, in order to optimize their performance and make them more reliable as regards high level of uncertainties related to real-time operation. Very often, optimization of an energy management strategy is degraded or lost in its practical implementation, because of the real-life behaviour of the components used to drive or measure quantities, such as sensors.
