Psychopathy is a personality configuration encompassing affective (e.g., callousness), interpersonal (e.g., egocentricity, manipulation), and behavioral (e.g., impulsivity, antisociality) characteristics. Negative outcomes associated to psychopathic personality traits have been frequently investigated. However, psychopathy has also been associated to positive outcomes and adaptive traits.
