This thesis will approach the problem of tracking moving targets by means of an aerial drone. More precisely, a quadrotor configuration was taken into consideration for the development of aerial navigation algorithms, since this kind of platformis mechanically simple, versatile for performing aggressive maneuvers, and easily available for experimentation. The goal of this thesis is to develop control and navigation algorithms capable of robustly tracking dynamic targets.
