The primary task in semiconductor manufacturing is to produce chips with high quality while keeping short production cycles. To reduce the process variation, many process monitoring and control solutions have been implemented in the fabrication. To improve the product quality and reduce process variability, these solutions should seamlessly coordinate to not only share the information but also make consistent and optimal decisions.
