Conception des métaheuristiques hybrides pour les problèmes d'optimisation continus et réels

Metaheuristics are stochastic approaches to provide better solutions in a reasonable time. However, no algorithm can solve all the problems with optimality. In my thesis topic, we are interested in proposing new algorithms that can be adapted to a large number of applications. To do this, we are interested in :I- New hybridization models: because it allows to benefit from the advantages of two or more algorithms. Several hybridization models have been proposed. We try to find the best hybridization to exploit the studied algorithms.2- The self-adaptation of metaheuristic parameters: we are interested in new self-adaptation strategies that allow the algorithm to find the best parameter values that are adapted as much as possible to the problem at hand3- The integration of learning approaches: The integration of machine learning techniques into existing algorithms has become a very important area of research. Indeed, several algorithms have exploited these techniques on different contexts such as the initialization of population, the classification of the solutions and the choice between the search operators. In addition, many problems are expensive to solve. However, it is possible to shorten the computation time by using surrogate models instead of systematically using the objective function.Les métaheuristiques sont des approches stochastiques permettant de fournir de meilleures solutions dans un temps raisonnable. Cependant, aucun algorithme ne peut résoudre tous les problèmes à l'optimalité. Dans mon sujet de thèse, nous nous intéressons à proposer de nouveaux algorithmes qui peuvent être adaptés à un grand nombre d'applications. Pour ce faire, nous nous intéressons à :I- Des nouveaux modèles d'hybridation : car elle permet de bénéficier des avantages de deux ou plusieurs algorithmes. Plusieurs modèles d'hybridation ont été proposées. Nous essayons de trouver la meilleure hybridation permettant d'exploiter les algorithmes étudiés.2- L'auto-adaptation des paramètres des métaheuristiques : nous nous intéressons à des nouvelles stratégies d'auto-adaptation qui permettent à l'algorithme de trouver par lui-même des valeurs de paramètres qui soient adaptées autant que possible au problème en cours de résolution.3- L'intégration des approches d'apprentissage : L'intégration des techniques de «Machine Leaming » au sein des algorithmes existants est devenue un axe de recherche très important. En effet, plusieurs algorithmes ont exploité ces techniques sur des contextes différents comme l'initialisation de population, la classification des solutions et le choix entre les opérateurs de recherche. De plus, de nombreux problèmes sont coûteux à résoudre. II est cependant possible de raccourcir le temps de calcul en utilisant des modèles de substitution (surrogate models) au lieu de faire systématiquement appel à la fonction objective
