Pemanfaatan Penginderaan Jauh untuk Analisis Kualitas Permukiman dan Kaitannya dengan Kesehatan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Wonogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri Tahun 2020

The high population growth and reduced residential land cause various problems that often occur in urban areas, one of the problems that commonly occurs is the quality of the residential environment. The urban area (six villages) in Wonogiri District is densely populated, the problem is quite related to the health condition of the community. This study aims to analyze: (1) the condition and distribution of settlement quality; (2) the relationship between the quality of settlements with the public health. The research method used to determine the quality of settlements is using an overlay weighted tiered rating, determining the distribution of the quality of settlements using tools in ArcGIS software, namely Average Nearest Neighbor. The Rank Spearman correlation test is used to determine the relationship between the quality of settlements and public health. The distribution of good settlement quality classification has 36 settlement blocks covering an area of 181.06 Ha with a random distribution pattern, the distribution of medium settlement quality classification has 78 settlement blocks covering an area of 342.72 Ha with a clustered distribution pattern, and the distribution of poor settlement quality classification has 51 residential blocks covering an area of 224.89 Ha with a clustered distribution pattern. The results of the Spearman correlation for the two variables have two testing processes, the test based on the value of the two variables shows insignificant results with a correlation coefficient of 0.073, while testing based on the classification class of the two variables shows significant results with a correlation coefficient of 0.162. The two testing processes show correlation from the variables are very weak with a unidirectional relationship
