That the need for funds for a person is indeed an everyday sight. Both in order to meet the needs of life, especially in terms of doing business in various fields of business. In this modern era, many governments, communities and individual bodies also need means of transportation in carrying out their daily lives or running a business in a company. It costs a lot of money and requires a lot of infrastructure. Therefore, many business actors use financing institutions related to capital and goods procurement for business credit savings or business capital, such as motor vehicle financing. This study aims to determine the process of four-wheeled motor vehicle loan agreement (4) between PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance with consumers, regulations and rights and obligations between PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance with consumers and legal responsibility if one of the parties makes a mistake in the four-wheeled motor vehicle loan agreement (4) between PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance with consumers. The approach method used in this research is a normative approach, which is used to examine legal aspects, legal principles, and legal rules and norms. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive because in this study it intends to describe or explain the data as accurately as possible about legal responsibility in financing four-wheeled motorized vehicles (4) between PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance with consumers. The results showed that previously the debtor agreement had fulfilled the requirements given to the PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance in the form of administrative requirements and legal requirements. After the requirements are met and the debtor agrees to all the contents of the agreement, an agreement is made by both parties. After the agreement, a legal relationship arises to carry out the rights and obligations of each party, PT. JTRUST OLYMPINDO Finance has an obligation to provide agreed credit to debtors. Meanwhile, the debtor's obligation must pay monthly installments that have been agreed to by both parties in the agreement. If the parties do not carry out their obligations, they must compensate due to a default as regulated in Article 1243 of the Civil Code and compensation based on unlawful acts as regulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code
