L'étude de la formation, de la croissance, de la stabilité de bulles dans ces pâtes cimentaires est abordée à l'aide d'un fluide à seuil modèle transparent, le carbopol. L'influence de la contrainte seuil sur la croissance de bulle est démontrée. Un critère de stabilité au-delà duquel la poussée d'Archimède vainc les effets de seuil est déterminé. L'introduction de tensioactif au sein du carbopol impacte sa rhéologie, la contrainte seuil diminuant.
