Objective: To examine anxiety and depression in opiate addicts treated with methadone and buprenorphine. Subjects and methods: The study was conducted in the Association \u27Margina\u27 and the Center for Prevention and Out-patient Treatment of Addiction Diseases in Mostar. It included 100 patients who were divided into two groups: the first group consisted of drug subox- on users (N=50) and the other group consisted of subjects addicted to methadone, which was divided into two subgroups: M+ and M– (recurrent).
