Seborrhoeic keratosis (SK) infrequently appears in the lower extremities. Its inflammatory variety is often difficult to diagnose and may be clinically confused with diverse malignant tumors.We report the complete regression of a SK located on a leg after an eczematous inflammatory stage. The diagnosis was not clinically suspected.Inflammatory variant of SK in any location must be had in mind in order to avoid unnecessary or aggressive treatments.</p
