The new analysis on the expression of cell cycle regulators, (used in various neoplasms) and the nominal immunohistological essays, still represent valid and feasible diagnostic methods in most pathology practice. We examined 114 paraffin-embedded histological specimens of melanocytic cutaneous lesions.
