Seventeen species of stoneflies (Plecoptera) were recorded from the stonefly collection of the Croatian Natural History Museum. Nine taxa (eight species) of stoneflies were recorded from the stonefly collection of Franjo Košćec from the Entomological Department of the Varaždin Municipal Museum. Eight species from Zagreb and two species from Varaždin were recorded for the first time for Croatia.
