THE FIRST GEOPHYSICAL INVESTIGATIONS AT ASSERIA

Tijekom travnja i svibnja 2005. provedena su na Aseriji prva geofizička istraživanja s georadarom. Cilj istraživanja bio je detektiranje čvrstih podzemnih struktura odnosno zidova i drugih ostataka arhitektonskih objekata i njihovo sustavno kartiranje. Riječ je o lokalitetu površine od gotovo 8 ha (80 000 m2), a mogućnost kartiranja i proučavanja arhitekture, ili faza arhitekture, prije samog arheološkog zahvata čini se vrlo korisnom i racionalnom.The first geophysical investigations using geo-radar were performed in April and May 2005.
