THE CONCENTRATION OF DIAMONDS INFLUENCES THE WEAR OF BEADS IN SAWING DIMENSION STONE WITH DIAMOND WIRE SAWING PLANT

Eksperimentalno je istraživan utjecaj koncentracije dijamanata na potrošnju dijamantnog sloja, odnosno na životni vijek dijamantne žice. Promjena koncentracije postignuta je promjenom koraka perli po m\u27 dijamantne žice. Na temelju rezultata istraživanja utvrđena je optimalna koncentracija dijamanta koja daje najmanju cijenu potrošnje po m\u27 ispiljenog kamena.The influence of diamond concentration to the wear or diamond layer and to the life time of the diamond wire has experimentally tested. The changes of the diamond concentration were achieved by changing the beads\u27 pace per m\u27 of diamond wire. Upon the obtained results of the experiment, the optimal concentration of diamonds has been established, also considering the least cost, per square meter of sawing
