Change of the hydrologic cycle on the Earth is closely connected to the climate change caused by global warming of the atmosphere. The conditions in natural ecosystem in agricultural areas are changing. Both surface water resources and the soil water store react to the prospective changes. Some areas in Slovakia witness extreme maximum, minimum or are lack of precipitation much more frequently. The maximum of precipitation result in flooding and the minimum in excessive soil drying. In this paper actual soil water storage measured by neutron probe in period 1999-2004 at lowland region, specifically in locality Bodiky, is shown.
