Decision making is a vital process in the family, and it leads to execute the tasks in the family appropriately. The women in India, they have less authority to participate in the decision-making process rather than men due to the traditional Patriarchal family type existing in India. However, the less financial dependence urban educated employed women having more authority for deciding family matters, but the final determination that lies on the men only.
