PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KESEHATAN KERJA DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI PRODUKSI PT. SANDIMAS INTIMITRA BEKASI

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Occupational Health and Safety on the Work Products of the Production Division at PT.Sandimas Intimitra Bekasi. The research design used in this research is descriptive research and causality research. The sample used in the study was 55 employees using non-probability sampling techniques. Where the techniques and data are done using a questionnaire. Investigative data with IBM 25 statistics as a test tool. The results of the study indicate that Work Discipline, Occupational Health and Safety affect the Work Productivity of the Production Division at PT.Sandimas Intimitra Bekasi. So that PT.Sandimas Intimitra Bekasi needs to pay attention to Work Discipline, Occupational Health and Work Safety in the workplace to obtain maximum employee productivity
