Czech Parliamentary Political Parties and The Green Deal for Europe

The thesis aims to explore a specific part of Czech party systém. Specifically, it maps the initial reactions of Czech parliamentary political parties to the European Commission's document called European Green Deal. To argument support from theoretical background, it uses the Integrated Theory of Party Goals and Party Change, which was formulated by Harmel and Janda 1994. The research was based on finding data in a form of clearly identifyable reactions on Green Deal, and they have been sorted by the type of reacrion (Postive, neutral, negative) Based on these and other findings, a summary table was created, which compares the parties in terms of access and response to the document. The purpose was to look at the approach of the parties in the party system after the mistake, ie. political earthquake in relation to a selected policy of post-materialist values. This meaning of the work has been fulfilled, and it can serve as a clear starting point for orientation in the issue for further research, or leaves open the possibilities of selected aspects, typically reasons for the reaction of a particular party, grasp and expand them by follow-up research, for example in the form of a case study. The chosen theory did not prove to be inappropriate, but the nature of the research did not allow it to be fully...Práce má za cíl prozkoumat specifickou část českého stranického systému. Konkrétně mapuje prvotní reakce českých parlamentních politických stran na dokument Evropské komise Zelená dohoda pro Evropu. Využívá k tomu jako oporu z teoretického pozadí Integrovanou teorii stranických cílů a stranické změny formulovanou Harmelem a Jandou v roce 1994. Výzkum spočíval ve shromáždění dat ve formě jasně identifikovatelných reakcí stran na Zelenou dohodu pro Evropu ve vytyčeném období, a jejich následném roztřízení podle typu reakce (pozitivní, neutrální, negativní). Na základě těchto a dalších poznatků byla vytvořena shrnující tabulka, který komparuje jednotlivé strany z hlediska přístupu a reakce na dokument. Smyslem bylo podívat se na přístup stran ve stranickém systému po prodělání tzn. politického zemětřesení ve vztahu k vybrané politice post-materialistických hodnot. Tento smysl práce naplnila, a může sloužit jako přehledný výchozí bod pro orientaci v problematice pro další výzkumy, případně ponechává otevřené možnosti vybrané aspekty, typicky důvody reakce konkrétní strany, uchopit a rozvést je navazujícím zkoumáním například formou případové studie. Zvolená teorie se neukázala jako nevhodná, avšak povaha výzkumu jí neumožnila plně aplikovat.
