FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN NONKEUANGAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of independent variable leverage policy, profitability, liquidity, firm size, investment policy, activity, dividend policy, gender diversity in the board of commissioner, and gender diversity in the board of directors to dependent variable (Firm value). In this research, the variable Firm value is measured using the PBV formula. The sample used in this research is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 until 2019. There are 121 companies passed the criteria to be the final sample obtained using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression method. The results are leverage policy, profitability, investment policy, gender diversity in the board of commissioner, and gender diversity in the board of directors have an influence on firm value. While liquidity, firm size, activity, and dividend policy have no influence on firm value
