Add to ORKGThe goal of this paper is to create a comparison of Frankish and Burgundian law. The author maps basic institutes of germanic law and possible roman influence on both aforementioned legal systems. The main source upon which the comparison is based are Lex Salica and Lex Gundobada, early sixth century codes.
