Proposal for Training in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Utilizing Art Expression in Establishing Client Determined Values and Goals

A grant proposal and attachments submitted in partial satisfaction of the requirement for the degree of Master of Art Therapy. The grant was written in professional third party form, as requested, while I was employed as The Day Treatment Coordinator for Jackson County, Oregon Mental Health Services. The Grant was awarded and training completed in 1990. The formal implementation of the use of individual client art expression was thereafter used as a tool and integrated into the Boston University Model as part of the technology to assist CMI clients in determining their own personal values and goals.
