Bacterial diseases present serious problem in agricultural production which is reflected in reduction of quality and yield of cultivated plants. Long term use of copper compounds in bacterial diseases control can induce resistance in bacterial population. Considering the economic importance of bacterial diseases on cultivated plants the aim of this research was to tested different copper compounds (copper-hydroxide, copper-oxychloride, copper (II) sulphate, copper (III) sulphate) in different concentrations (100, 200, 300, 350 ppm) against one of the most distributed plant pathogenic bacteria (37 strains) in vitro conditions.
