This study aims to examine the effect of TQM (Total Quality Management), Performance Measurement System, Reward System and Organizational Commitment on managerial performance. The results showed that; the four research variables affect managerial performance. The research units are Principals, Deputy Principals, Teachers and Administrative Staff of SMP, SMU, public and private SMKs in the South Tangerang area. The sample criteria are principals, vice principals, teachers and administrative staff with a minimum of 3 years of service. The research sample was 120 people using the convenience sampling method.
