This study aims to examine the effect of authoritarian leadership style on employee perfomance at the Muara Dua Prabumulih depu store. The sample used in this study was saturated sampling technique, and the number of samples in this study were 45 employees who worked at the Muara Dua Prabumulih Depo Shop. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 program and and coefficient of determination.
