Methods: The type of research used is pre-experimental, the research design is observation carried out 2 times before the experiment and after the experiment. The test conducted before the experiment is called the pre-test and the test after the experiment is called the post-test. Results: The results of the examination of cholesterol levels using the CHOD-PAP method from serum directly examined and centrifuged, namely the Median value of 243, minimum 201 and maximum 510.
