International audienceBased on some important properties of chaos, suchas ergodicity, quasi-randomness, and high sensitivity to the secretkey, chaos is a hot research field in secured communication, andrecently a variety of chaos-based cryptosystems have been proposedfor achieving the confidentiality of transmitted images overpublic channels.
