AIM OF THE STUDY: To assess the three dimensional changes in condylar position in patients with temporomandibular disorder (TMD) following splint therapy using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and Measured Condylar Displacement (MCD) device. To record the mandibular movements with an axiograph in TMD patients following treatment with stabilization splints and to compare with the asymptomatic control group. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study group consisted of five patients with TMD having Skeletal Class II malocclusion. The mean age of the patients in the study group was 22.2 ± 2.32 years.
