The purpose of this study is to test and validate the conceptual operational excellence framework that will be adopted and implemented by organizations in the Sudanese aviation industry and to determine if it will result in improved organizational performance and competitive advantage, quantify the benefits therein, and in so doing, cater to as many concerns as possible as raised by business owners and managers.
