The Final Frontier: An Exploration of the Scientific and Technological Possibilities of the Human Race

Overall, my work is a collection of my life and artistic experiences. Much of my art uses traditional mediums such as graphite, charcoal, and paint. I have explored many different subject matters as well ranging from still-life to abstraction. I find inspiration in science fiction, fantasy, or even colors and patterns in daily life. These distinctions create my very diverse portfolio. Each project in my portfolio has played a major part in my artistic development. Through the process of creating each piece, I learn new technical skills and how to use different mediums. For each piece I create I go through many ideas, a lot of research, further idea evolution, and sometimes failure before the piece is complete. This is where my strength lies. Through this research, trial, error, and final polishing, I come to what I find to be complete projects. This is also where I find most of my inspiration. Through the many hours of research and exposure to other artists, I find myself brimming with ideas for the next project I would like to tackle. While my work is so diverse in concept and medium, I am ever-evolving as an artist through each piece. Each day, I work to gather more skills with more mediums and hope to one day be skilled enough to apply them to anything. The world is my oyster, and that is exactly how I tackle each project, I continue to work and level up
