This descriptive study was conducted in order to evaluate the adherence and quality of life of renal transplant patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy. The study was carried out with 143 renal transplant patients receiving immunosupressive therapy who had undergone outpatient transplantation clinic of a private hospital between September 2017-May 2018. Data were collected by the “Sociodemographic Characteristic Form”, “KDQOLTM-36 Qualıty of Life Scale”, “Immunosuppressive Therapy Adherence Scale”. p<0.05 was accepted as statistically significant.
