Buna göre yaklaşık 10 ppb OA ilave edilen örnekte (A) fermentasyon sonunda (10. gün) OA seviyesinde % 24,97 oranında azalma tespit edilirken, yaklaşık 20 ppb OA ilave edilen örneğin (B) OA seviyesinde % 18,74 oranında bir azalma olduğu belirlenmiştir.
