BACKGROUND: Vaccination during pregnancy aids in protecting mothers from serious disease, while the development of maternal antibodies can help protect their babies from serious diseases early in life. This practice is especially critical during a global pandemic. This poster presentation will report on a national survey of vaccine attitudes and intentions of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. METHODS: Utilizing social media platforms, a convenience sample of pregnant women was taken, surveying vaccine attitudes and intentions. Data was also collected for age, race, education, marital status, household size and income, and provider influence.
