Une approche automatisée pour l’analyse vasculaire cérébrale de grandes cohortes n’est pas disponible présentement. Conséquemment, l’information géométrique des trajets et distance des vaisseaux cérébraux n’est consignée dans aucun atlas. Une approche pour arriver à cela serait nécessaire vu l'intérêt accrut dans l'étude du vieillissement vasculaire et le déclin cognitif. On a acquis des images par résonance magnétique de temps-de-vol chez 38 sujets jeunes (HY), 15 sujets âgées sans trouble cognitif (CON) et 16 sujets avec trouble cognitif (MCI). Nous avons utilisé un réseau de neurones U-net centré sur le cercle de Willis (CoW) pour segmenter les troncs vasculaires du cerveau.
