Pelaksanaan Accounting Services dan Tax Services di Accounting Clinic

The internship was conducted at Accounting Clinic in Accounting division as staff. During the internship, there were several tasks performed for PT CPM, PT TSI, PT DNA, PT DEB, PT CASL, PT TECH, PT TTM, PT SPAS, PT MUT and PT KMK. These tasks include inputting sales and received payments into Zahir and MYOB accounting system; inputting purchases and petty cash transactions into MYOB accounting system; inputting Value Added Tax (VAT) into E-Faktur; making a recapitulation of sales, petty cash transactions, inventory, and purchases. During the internship, most of the task can executed properly but there was a constraint found during the internship. The constraint was some inventories were not available when inputting sales into Zahir accounting system at PT MUT. So the sales transaction can not be inputted. The solution for the constraint was to report it to senior staff to do a tracing regarding the inventory report, purchases and sales transaction before. Suggestions given to the company is that the Accounting Clinic should review the work that has been completed before doing a new task related to the data that will be used. In addition to that, in calculating the daily sales revenue, the company should use Ms.Excel by making a recapitulation of related sales transactions to minimize calculation errors in the total daily sales of the client company. The company must also provide a special storage room for each client, both related to documents that have been compiled or will be processed and given information related to documents that have been used to be returned or still being used by the company so that the documents are stored properly and will have no difficulty in finding the documents
