V sklopu zaključne naloge se ukvarjamo z detekcijo sevanja hitrih in termičnih nevtronov na podlagi polprevodniških detektorjev iz silicijevega karbida. V začetku smo sestavili merilno vezje za uspešno detekcijo nabitih delcev in ga preizkusili na delcih alfa, $^{241}$Am. Temu je sledila uporaba $^6$LiF in $^{10}$B$_4$C nevtronskih pretvornikov, s katerima smo izmerili spekter nabitih delcev, ki nastajajo ob interakcijah hitrih in termičnih nevtronov.
