This original work aimed to further evaluate the central cardiac determinants of exercise capacity impatients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and chronic heart failure (CHF), namely the relative contribution of left ventricular (LV) diastolic filling and mitral regurgitation (MR) and their prognostic relevance.
