MODERNIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF SCIENTIFIC ACCREDITTATION FOR IMROVING RESEARCH QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY

The paper includes several ideas, proposals and sugestions regarding modernization and development of the National System for Acreditation of research organizations of R. Moldova following the recommendations of Lisbon Strategy and Bologna Cart. The aspects of upgrading and modernization of the normative basis of the scientific evaluation methodology are discussed.The scheme of quantitative criteria and indicators of the organization evaluation in the framework of three main areas – institutional research capacity, research results and efficiency, administration and management of the research areproposed.
